By accessing and using the TRUE Social Enterprise Employee Assistance Programme ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
TRUE provides an online employee wellness platform offering:
- Video workshops on Family Harmony, Health & Wellness, and Digital Safety
- Progress tracking and certificates
- Booking services for corporate workshops and individual counselling
- HR management tools for company administrators
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is designed to align with Singapore's PDPA.
